As per tradition, Daryl and I went over to Dan and Yvette's house for appy's and some family time. (Dan and Yvette are Daryl's brother and sister in law) We had a wonderful time just hanging out and gorging ourselves on yummy finger foods. Daryl was very excited about the LED solar powered firefly lights for the patio that he received as depicted in the action shot above.
Since keeping everyone up to date with events in our lives has become practically impossible, we've decided to try blogging instead. This way, it's your responsibility to keep yourselves informed! Enjoy!

- Karen (registered nurse)and Daryl (engineer)have had many changes lately in their life including Daryl's "retirement" from the military, owning a new house and getting a dog. With reno's, Daryl's three kids and Karen doing more schooling, it's getting more exciting by the minute. At least, it's not getting any duller. Enjoy the ride with us!
